3What is the Texas Public Pool Council?
The Texas Public Pool Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information and education to aquatic professionals. We are a fast-growing aquatics organization with over 350 members and the majority of our members are from Texas. Although the name says Texas, our objective as an organization is to provide information and education to all those interested, and we are proud to have members from across the nation. Members include senior lifeguard staff, pool supervisors, water aerobics and exercise instructors, recreation directors, water park operation managers, maintenance supervisors, and owners and managers of both private facilities and commercial companies.

We offer a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities so you can choose a sponsorship option that best fits your company’s goals.

What is Vendor’s Casino Night?
- This is the highlight of the conference for vendors!
- Designed to allow vendors to meet the maximum number of conference attendees.
- Attendees must visit your booth to receive gaming chips for the evening’s festivities.
- Vendors can choose to purchase drink tickets to pass out to attendees.
- You must be at least a Silver Sponsor ($500) in order to vend/exhibit at Casino Night.
- Booth area is a 10’x10’ spot that includes a six-foot table and two chairs.
- Each vendor table will be draped and skirted.
- Each booth will have a name plate with your company name.
- An additional 10’x10’ space can be purchased for $130.

- Product Sponsor: minimum value of $200 of in kind product (unlimited availability)
- For vendors who choose to make a donation, such as supplies, equipment, and prizes for attendees.

- Bronze Sponsor: $200 (unlimited availability)

- Silver Sponsor: $500 (unlimited availability)
