What is the Texas Public Pool Council?
The Texas Public Pool Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information and education to aquatic professionals. We are a fast-growing aquatics organization with over 350 members and the majority of our members are from Texas. Although the name says Texas, our objective as an organization is to provide information and education to all those interested, and we are proud to have members from across the nation. Members include senior lifeguard staff, pool supervisors, water aerobics and exercise instructors, recreation directors, water park operation managers, maintenance supervisors, and owners and managers of both private facilities and commercial companies.

The Texas Public Pool Council 44th Annual Conference will be held at the Waxahachie Civic Center January 12-15, 2026 where Vendor Night will be hosted Tuesday, January 13, 2026. We offer a variety of sponsorships and advertising opportunities so you can choose a sponsorship option that best fits your company’s goals.

VENDOR NIGHT SCHEDULE
- 2:30 P.M. VENDOR SET UP BEGINS
- 3:00 P.M. VIP SOCIAL – FOR ALL VENDORS AND CONFERENCE SPEAKERS.
- SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED FROM 3 PM – 5 PM.
- 5:00 P.M. VENDOR NIGHT STARTS
- 8:00 P.M. EVENT ENDS
What to Expect?
- Designed to allow vendors to meet the maximum number of conference attendees.
- Attendees must visit your booth to receive raffle tickets for the evening’s festivities.
- You must at least be a Silver Sponsor ($550) in order to vend/exhibit at Vendor Night.
- Booth Area is a 10'x10' spot that includes a eight foot table and two chairs.
- Each vendor table will be draped but you are welcome to bring your own table covering.
- Each booth will have a name plate with your company name.
- An additional 10'x10' space can be purchased for $200
