The deadline for the registration information and payment
for the 2008 conference is December 1, 2007. Please
make check payable to Texas Public Pool Council.
Conference Bag Stuffers
All sponsors can mail their company literature (including
brochures, fliers, and catalogs) to be included in the
attendees' conference bags to:

Advertisements
All ads must be sent to Texas Public Pool Council, PO
Box 1422, Pasadena, TX 77051 on a CD. In order to ensure
the highest quality ad we are requiring that all vendors
send their ads by mail and not by email. They must be
in JPEG, EPS, or PDF format and be the proper size of
the ad purchased (bronze sponsor – business card advertisement,
silver sponsor – ¼ page advertisement, gold sponsor
½ page advertisement, or platinum sponsor – full page
advertisement). The deadline for advertisements is November
16, 2007.
Company Description
Please send a description (75-125 words) of your company
and the services and products that you provide. This
information will appear in the TPPC Vendors Guide. If
you participated in last year's conference, you are
still required to create a company description. We are
not using any of the old descriptions or ads. Please
send this description to Georgia Tullis at Georgia@tppc.org
in a Microsoft Word Document.
Exhibits and Booths
You must be at least a Silver Sponsor to exhibit. The
vendor area is a 10'x10' and includes a draped and skirted
table and two chairs. Each booth will also have a sign
with your company name. There is a $20 booth fee for
every vendor that is NOT included in sponsorship prices.
An additional 10'x10' space can be purchased for $120.
It is important that you fill out the Registration Form
completely so that we know all of your exhibiting needs.
Vendor Check-In Information
Vendor check-in will be from 1:30 PM—5:30 PM on Monday,
January 7, 2008. Check-in will be held at the TPPC registration
desks at the convention center. Vendors will pick up
name tags, drink tickets, and any other necessary items.
Please note, if your representative does not check in
at this time, it will be extremely difficult to provide
you with all of your necessary items once the Vendors
Night begins. Vendors can begin setting up their booths
at 1:30 PM in order to be ready for Vendors Night which
begins at 7:00 PM.

to change. You will be immediately notified if the times
change**
Exhibiting On Tuesday
and Wednesday
TPPC is offering the opportunity for your company to
exhibit throughout the Conference Workshop Sessions.
Vendors have the option of moving their booth into the
hallway after Vendors Night and remaining for Tuesday
and Wednesday (you must still be at least a Silver Sponsor).
Vendors pay only $120 to exhibit for the two extra days.
Please note that all vendors are responsible for the
security of their booth and the contents of their booth.
The convention center will not have security available
on Tuesday or Wednesday to watch the exhibits in the
lobby.
Storage and Packing
Sponsors are responsible for the storing and packing
their booths and boxes. Booths must be disassembled
immediately after the Vendors Night.
Exhibit/Booth Shipment
The convention center will not hold any packages that
are shipped prior to Vendors Night. You must make arrangements
with local shipping and receiving companies if you plan
on shipping you booth early.
Note: DO NOT send booths to the convention center. Anything
sent to the convention center will be left outside,
exposed to the elements.
Drink Tickets
The convention center is providing the opportunity for
vendors to buy drink tickets that they can pass out
to attendees on Vendors Night. The tickets will be redeemable
at the bar that night. If you have any questions concerning
the drink tickets please call Georgia Tullis at 832-623-1580.
The deadline for ordering drink tickets is January 2,
2008. Please buy all drink tickets in advance. You will
not be able to purchase tickets onsite this year.
Membership
If you would like to be a voting member of TPPC in 2008,
please fill out the membership form online. A corporate
membership is $100 dollars which allows four people
to become TPPC members. A corporate membership allows
your company or organization one vote. An individual
membership is $35 dollars, which is good for one person
and a one vote.
