Description:
Seeking qualified individuals to supervise and direct lifeguard operations for groups of pools in various locations throughout SE Houston Metro Area. Responsibilities include, inspections, audits, scheduling, personnel issues, customer contacts, coordination of maintenance issues during the swim season.

Qualifications:
LGI Certification required. Must have strong communication skills, ability to deal with stress, and teenage lifeguards. Clean driving record required. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must be punctual and attentive to details.

Company vehicle furnished during work hours, company phone furnished for season.
