One benefit of becoming a member of the Texas Public Pool Council is a subscription to our quarterly newsletter, From The Stand. Each membership receives ONE copy of the newsletter. For instance, if you register your organization, you will receive ONE copy of the newsletter for your organization and not once copy per member. A year's subscription costs $12.00 (covers the cost of production and postage) for those individuals or organizations that would like more than one copy of From The Stand.
